My music is pretty varied; I listen mainly to hard rock and metal, but also alternative rock, country, jazz (on trips), classical, and comedy. I don't normally listen to rap or hip hop but it's okay music. I really like "Weird Al" Yankovic too, and instrumental movie soundtracks, especially John Williams.

As far as movies go, I really like suspense/thriller, horror, and sci fi. I'm picky about comedies because i don't like stupid humor; so a lot of Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, and Ben Stiller movies I don't get or like. I like some drama, but mainly military drama.

I love to read..especially Stephen King and Michael Crichton books. My favourite book of all time is either Dune or A Fire Upon the Deep. I've been reading as a hobby for about 12 or 13 years, mainly because it's something my parents pushed me to do. I love horror and suspense books, and sci-fi too of course. I also like to read satires too on occasion, and adventure books.

People of Interest:
Well, I'm not terribly interested in celebrities or such. There are many more people in my life I would rather spend time with. That said, I would like to meet Sean Connery, Christopher Walken, Sigourney Weaver, Alter Bridge (duh), the Eagles, William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, and Aerosmith.
I've met Michael Phelps, Natalie Coughlin, Amanda Weir, Aaron Peirsol, Ian Crocker, Cullen Jones, and Erik Vendt. Meeting them was a real pleasure, because as a swimmer, they are the athletes I hear about most. I was 3 feet away when Michael Phelps set a world record in the 200m Butterfly in 2007; to me, that's one of the most exhilirating experiences I've had.
In my own life, I really want to meet Audie, Silla, Ay, Justin, Larry, Hana, Ljiljana, and Cameron....plus many others.
